There is only one place in America where four states come together. Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah meet at a point called “Four Corners,” at a marker placed here by surveyors in 1892.

From gold mines to golden sunsets, from places of ancient worship to the spirits, and the devil’s own canyonlands, we’ll head off, in four different directions, to discover mountains and rivers, canyons and cultures.
